Participants in our technical workshops will receive step-by-step instructions setup setting up their software solutions on real time and garner insights on integrating the software into their entity's operations!  Instructors are also available for individual technical assistance.

Google Suite Setup

$55/2 Hour Session 
This workshop will walk you through the steps to setup a Google Suite account with a dedicated domain name and email accounts for your team.  Setup includes organization of Google Docs, review of Google document apps capabilities, setting up your calendar and scheduling Google Meets engagements.

MS 365 Teams Setup

$125/2 hour session
This workshop is designed to guide participants through the process of establishing and configuring Microsoft 365 Teams for their organization.  Participants will learn practices for setting up channels, managing meetings, and integrating other Microsoft 365 applications to enhance productivity. 

Website Solutions

$249/3 hour session
The workshop is designed to provide participants with comprehensive training and hands-on experience for website creation, from initial design concepts to the final launch of a fully functional website. Attendees will learn how to effectively navigate the features, customize their website's appearance, and optimize it for better performance and user engagement. 

CRM Solutions

In this workshop, we will delve into various aspects of CRM Solutions, exploring how they can effectively enhance customer relationship management within organizations. Participants will learn about different CRM tools and strategies, their implementation processes, and best practices for maximizing customer engagement and satisfaction. 

Membership Solutions

$249/3 hour session
This workshop is designed to provide a comprehensive setup for an online membership solution. Participants will engage in detailed discussions and hands-on activities that will guide them through the process of establishing an effective online membership platform tailored to their specific needs. 

Accounting Solutions

$295/4 hour session
Throughout the session, attendees will learn the essential steps and best practices to effectively establish and configure their accounting software in an online environment including:  Chart of Accounts Setup, Linking Bank Accounts, Bookkeeping, Transaction Categorizing, Reconciliation, Running Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statements and Tax Filing Preparation

Attendees will review 4 online platform options and receive step-by-step instructions on how to setup their account and ensure effective management and compliance with he following: Employee Payroll Setup, HR Document Management, Timesheet Tracking, Annual W2 and 1099 Filings, Employee Account Interface, 940 and 941 Wage Reports, Pension Accounts and Taxes.

Participants will preview various property management solutions to select the best platform to support their property operational and financial management. Construction Management Solutions

$295/4 hour session
Participants will access 4 construction management solutions and learn how to effectively onboard software to streamline construction management tasks, optimize workflows and manage team coordination. Elements reviewed: Schedule of Values, Critical Paths, RFIs, Submittals, CORs, COs, Daily Reports, Plan Review, Permit Tracking, Safety Reports, Photos and Documents.
